Sun sistem tarafından geliştirilen ve nihayet Open Source olarak geliştirilmesine başlanılarak linux ailesine katılan Open Solaris’i Live CD (Tak çalıştır) olarak kullanabilirsiniz. açık kod uygulamasına geçmesiyle birlikte solaris’in görselliğinin kat ve kat arttığını söylesek grafiklerinin güzelleştiğini söylesek herhalde yanılmış olmayız.
